Due to the nature of collectibles and TCG, all Pokémon-related cards, singles, packs, boxes, slabs, and other TCG products are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a refund. Orders can also not be cancelled once shipped.

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock/over sold when your order is placed, we will attempt to contact you and remove the item from your order or replace it with an item of equal or greater value at your approval.
