Can I place an order online and then pick it up at your physical store?

No, sorry due to inventory restrictions any orders placed online have to be shipped to you or picked up from us at shows (only if you’re local). Please read our shipping policy for full details!

Can I get a return or get a refund on Pokemon cards?

No, unfortunately due to the nature of collectibles and fluctuating card prices all TCG products are final sale as per our terms and conditions. Purchasing from us means you have understood and agreed to these policies.

Can I get a video of a card to confirm condition?

Yes, please contact us regarding any inquires for card condition including requesting additional photos or videos, we highly prefer these types of conversations to happen before purchases as afterwards we can not offer refunds.

Does Full Restore Collectibles do trades?

Yes, however trading online can be complicated so we’ve simplified it as much as possible for our customers. To initiate a trade for store credit please contact us via email at fullrestorecollectibles@gmail.com. Please include the types of items you would like to send us and the approximate value you’d like if you have one in mind, If we are interested we will give you a shipping address to ship your items to. Once we receive your items we will do a full evaluation and verification of your cards. You will then be immediately given a store credit of 80% – 100% the valuation of your cards that you can use directly on our website with your account. If for any reason your items are deemed illegitimate or too damaged for us to accept the trade then your items will be shipped back to you at your cost.

Does Full Restore Collectibles buy cards?

Yes, however selling your cards online can be complicated so we’ve simplified it as much as possible for our customers. To initiate a sale for cash please contact us via email at fullrestorecollectibles@gmail.com. Please include the types of items you would like to send us and the approximate value you’d like if you have one in mind, If we are interested we will give you a shipping address to ship your items to. Once we receive your items we will do a full evaluation and verification of your cards. You will then be immediately e-transferred of 70% – 95% the valuation of your cards in electronic funds. If for any reason your items are deemed illegitimate or too damaged for us to accept the buy-in then your items will be shipped back to you at your cost.
